How long does a construction quote take?

If your project is larger than average or includes unique elements like sizable pergolas, water features, and ponds, the quoting process may extend as we gather detailed cost estimates from our suppliers.
What will my construction cost?
Every project is unique. Your construction quote will account for the specific elements detailed in your master plan, including materials, labor, property size, land slopes, and property access.
How long will construction take?

Can I request changes during the construction phase?
Yes you can, however, changes may incur variation costs that require estimation and could cause delays at the time of request. Some changes may also need further approval before work can commence.
